(01) The problem

What had to work.

MPG Foods sells online and over the counter. Both had to draw on the same products and the same stock, from the production batch to the sale.

(02) What we built

Built for the way they actually work.

  1. 01

    A storefront

Shop with filters, product pages with pack sizes, cart and checkout with Razorpay or cash on delivery, sign-in by email code or Google, orders, wishlist and reviews.

  2. 02

    Billing at the counter

In-store POS billing with PDF invoices, in the same admin as online orders.

  3. 03

    Stock from batch to sale

Stock comes in as production batches and goes out with every order or bill, with adjustments recorded.

  4. 04

    Reports that answer real questions

Sales, income, production cost and stock valuation, from one set of numbers.
