(01) The problem
What had to work.
Jewellery is sold in many variants of the same piece. The team needed to add and change those products themselves, and sell them online without depending on a developer for every update.
(02) What we built
Built for the way they actually work.
- 01
A storefront for browsing and buying
A fast Next.js store built against the real catalogue, with Google sign-in, cart and checkout.
- 02
An admin for the full product lifecycle
Create, edit and retire products, including products with many variants. A full audit of that lifecycle found and fixed real bugs, including one that blocked saving products with variants.
- 03
Three environments from day one
Develop, staging and production for every part, so changes are tested before customers see them.
(03) Where it stands
The result.
The store launched in September 2026. We continue to run and improve it.
